What are your delivery options?
All items will be sent via Royal Mail tracked 1st class signed for delivery. This ensures that after my 2.5 week turnaround time, you receive your parcel as fast as possible. You will be able to request a tracking code.
We are adding Royal Mail Special Delivery as an option for Christmas, for that extra guarentee.
We can also deliver by hand to people in the Hull area. This is an option at the checkout.
Items may also be collected from us in person upon request, simply contact us before ordering for this option.
How do I return an item?
Unfortunately, bespoke and made to measure garments cannot be refunded. Items can only be returned in the unlikely event that they are faulty or clearly a wrong item, however I will happily work quickly to fix this for you.
How can I order something for my specific measurements?
Please fill out the form on the 'Contact Us' section with what item you would like to order and any further specifications, Cloie will be in contact and fittings can be organised if necessary.
Do you provide International delivery?
`Yes! Simply select international Delivery, type in your address at the checkout and I will do the rest!
What is your returns policy?
Unfortunately as all items, including T-Shirts, are bespoke and made to measure garments and created for each individual order. Therefore they cannot be refunded. However, to work around this, if you are unhappy with the fit, I offer a fully FREE alteration service on all of my garments! Simply send me a message and we will discuss your fit, and then you can send the garment back to me. I'll make all of the appropriate alterations, and send it right back to you! I want you to be 100% happy with your Cloie Couture garment!
