how long will my order take?
PLEASE NOTE:
Once my orders are with Royal mail, I cannot control how long they take to arrive. I send my UK parcels with their 1st class signed for service, and all International orders are sent with the Tracked and Signed service.
My current turnaround time is approximately 2.5 WEEKS for each individual order.
This is the time that I spend ordering fabric, hand making the garment, packing, etc. And then finally taking it to the post office. You will receive a shipping confirmation email, and your parcel will then take however long your chosen shipping takes to get to you. Please allow longer for international orders. I do try to get accessories sent out quicker, but during busy periods it will be my usual turnaround time.
If you have a special event coming up sooner, send me a message! I may be able to prioritize and fast-track an item for you.
Thank you for being extra patient and understanding that I am making these garments from start to finish by myself, so, unfortunately, I cant send items out the next day!
I promise it will be worth the wait!
RETURNS
Due to each item being made special for each individual person, we currently cannot offer full refunds on orders.
However, to work around this, if you are unhappy with the fit, I offer a fully free alteration service on all of my garments! Simply give me a message and we will discuss your fit together, and then you can send the garment back to me. I'll make all of the appropriate alterations, and send it right back to you! I want you to be 100% happy with your Cloie Couture garment! Please make sure you arrange to sent this back within 14 days.
Accessories cannot be refunded, only exchanged. However, masks are strictly no refunds for hygiene purposes.
So please make sure you really want the item before you purchase.
